What is the time frame in which I can expect my site to be completed?
14-21 days from the time we recieve any elements the client would like us to include, and we notify you that we’ve begun working on your project.
Do you allow refunds?
No refunds are allowed unless a project is cancelled by us. Unfortunately, we do not allow refunds for any other reason due to the nature of our services. If you need to have your project postponed, please let us know, and we can schedule your project for a later date on our design calendar.
Will you set up my domain and web hosting?
No, the client is responsible for purchasing a domain and web hosting prior to the start of the design project. However, we can help with questions the client may have regarding their domain and web hosting. If you like to go into further detail about purchasing a domain and web hosting as well as any other blog questions, please consider one of our consultation packages. For web hosting, we recommend HostGator. For domains, we recommend GoDaddy.
